They must have used a special compression technique which reproduces every instrument with the sound of a falling tin can. Moreover, there seems to be nothing of special interest on this CD. -HERWIG The only 2 tracks bearable are Cymbaline and Interstellar Overdrive. Unfortunately the whole thing is processed with a variant of the NoNoise procedure (called NoNoise, NoMusic, NoNothing) and it shows, at the most stupid moments the sound drops and you're listening to nothing. It makes you wanna cry. Interstellar Overdrive has potentials, esp taking into account that it's probably one of the last times this song was performed live. I opt for hanging the guys who anused this boot. If anyone offers you this for sale, laugh, laugh very hard, and walk on. -GEHARD Sound quality is not good, and similar versions can be gotten from other CDs. -ECM This 2CD contains nothing unique (ie that is not available on other ROIOs). The sound quality is unlistenable. Don't buy it even if nothing else is available. It sounds like it has been sent down a phone line several times or something. - HAMISH I was just leafing through the latest generation of Vern Fitch's audio trader's guide, to which he's added a section on misassigned/fake recordings.. He reckons that the Atom Heart Moo Live CD, said to be from Mother's in Brum, is actually Olympen, Lund, Sweden, 3/70. -THE HEDONIST
