Quality: 10 -ECHOES Comments: "A Family Affair" is also a hot performance, and gets a 9 or 9+ on the "inspiration & improvisation" factor. Excellent fidelity (the package doesn't say, but it sure sounds like it must be DDD) and absolutely mind-blowing stereo separation; it gets a 10 here too. Almost no close audience noise throughout. No noticable ROIO flaws of the usual types. Packaging is simple, but good; simple picture discs. The standard show (no DSoTM set). I think it's Pittsburg on May 31, 1994. This one's worth finding at all costs -- definitely "mission from God" stuff. -ECHOES "A Family Affair" (31 May 94/Pittsburgh) contains errors such as: - Billing Coming Back to Life as Lost for Words - Misspelling Pittsburgh and song titles ("Deep Talking", "Us and Theme", "Comfortably Nump") -ECM Although "A Family Affair" is a GREAT show, the audience noise is irritating. In the Comments section of the PF Roio Database, it is misleading when it is said that the audience noise is minimal. If anything, I thought it was annoying, especially when it ruined "On the Turning Away." Still, it is worth the effort and would place just behind "The Live Bell." -ECHOES Great performance, I think it's better than The Live Bell. Audience noise is similar IMHO. Recommended. - FERNANDO
