Comments:  The January ICE Newsletter contains news of yet another
           RoIO from the Earls Court broadcast - at least I assume it
           must be, since it's dated 1 Nov 1994, the date of the edited
           US PPV showing. This presumably means it'll be cleaner, and
           maybe better sound, than the other two issues we've been
           hearing about, which were both from the 'live' European
           feed.

           If my Latin doesn't fail me, the title translates to
           'messenger star' or somesuch - is that a Latin idiom for a
