I'd like to explain what has happend.
Since some months ago for family problems I had to move to another
city. In this period of time I left the Floyd Factory proyect in the
hands of one of my partners in which I really trust. This person was
the ONLY partner which I had at that time and he had the
responsability of receive payments, send the orders, add the info to
the DataBase, etc.
At my return of the travel I asked to him if he had sent the orders
that he got in the months that I was out of town and he told me that
he had sent every order in time, I have to say that I never got any
money in these months because the proyect was in his hands.
I left the proyect in his hands until I could complete solved my
family problems, I decided this because I had saw that he apparently
carried it verywell.
Now due to the critics that has appeared in the last days, which I
was notified by another partner who had heard this by some costumers,
I started to find out if the orders were really sent out, I
discovered today that only a little percentage of the orders was
really sent. Because of this I decided take off this partner from the
Floyd Factory Proyect now we are only 3, one person do the artworks,
other the cdrs and me answer the e-mails, get the payments, send the
orders and update the site.
I give my word that I'm going to finish the orders that hadn´t been
sent and send it personaly taking the proyect again by my
responsability as in the early days of the proyect with the same
quality of service that I have in those days.
Hope that the persons that have been involved in this problem can
forgive me for the inconvenients and again I give my word that your
orders will be sent as soon as we can do it.

Well that was what happend a partner decided rippe off people and now I´m
paying the consequences can you please remove the negative comment because
that is not true and is giving me a lot of problems I´m solving the problems
as fast as I can.
