Comments: This is a truly exellent recording from the 1970 us tour. the sound is clean all the way though with no loss of volume and the bass is good and deep. The only thing wrong sound wise is that crowd and be hear faitly in the background although at very low volumes. All in all its one of the best sounding roios ever if you like to feel as though you where there at the concert.

The performace is exellent with the vocal being the best i have heard 1970 and a good amount of exepermention going on. It also has IO (the longest performace i have ever seen or rather heard) and SOS in the best quality i have heard on any roio.

This cdr can only be brough direct from the producers at the time of writing. I would consider obtaining it in some form to be a top priority for any floyd fan. -GREEN MAN

Excellent show. Highly recomended.

Whom ever let this one out of the bag deserves a big pat on the back. I don't know how he or she was able to perserve the sound quality of this show, but whatever they did, WORKED WELL.

A nice mix of sound from the band and the audience... not really audience noise that affects the show, but you can tell it's clearly an audience recording. It feels like you're in the room with Floyd when you listen with headphones. What a score, considering how old it is! Every song is played beautifully from start to finish. My favorite version of 'saucerful' is from Switzerland 9/18/71, and this one is right up there with it. 'Intersteller Overdrive' is reason enough to grab this ROIO. It's clean, very spacey, and it's one of the few that I've come across from this time period that plays in it's entirety... without fade-outs or cuts in the recording.

I'm not quite sure on the date. It's 1970, but I don't know if it's April 18th, 19th, or September 26th. No way of knowing yet.

I must say again: "Who the hell taped this show?" Whoever you are, you did a very good job...

Keep your eyes open for this one folks, it belongs to any Floyd-fan who loves great-quality audience recordings with a wonderful set list.

Find it. -AL
